**Disclaimer: These are not the NFT roadmaps but rather preliminary company roadmaps**
## *Company Roadmap*
* Phase One: The formation of Infinity And One Labs LLC
* Phase Two: Creation of [Infinity One Labs Discord ](https://discord.gg/X6uwsBk33D)providing information to the public and an opportunity to solidify yourself as a day one supporter of the future projects
* Phase Three: Begin marketing as an informative means to educate the public about what we are doing and what we plan to do
* Phase Four: Begin to release details about the upcoming project including name, sneak peaks, initial roadmap, developmental roadmap, etc.
* Phase Five: Create project discord, move project operations to that discord, and begin project creation
* Future Phase: Post-initial OG project, additional linked projects to come; additional stand-alone projects may come; acquisition of existing projects in-line with our core beliefs and values to expand the InfinityVerse and create vast opportunity
## *Initial Formation & Creative Roadmap*
* Phase One: Bring onto the project: 2 devs, 2 artists, and 1 social media manager to effectively coordinate and begin planning out designs, marketing, workload, etc. to get the project up and running
* Phase Two: Begin designing NFT traits, assigning rarities, showing sneak-peeks, and developing timelines to release solidified public dates of project release
* Phase Three: Begin marketing on all social medias using select number of sneak-peek NFTs including a 1 of 1
* Phase 4: Introduce social media opportunities to earn whitelist positions/introduce ability to earn whitelist through Discord opportunity
## *Technical Roadmap*
* Phase One: Design and make public our NFT website
* Phase Two: Begin technical development for programming and coding of NFT collection in preparation for effective trait randomization, fair minting process, and safe minting experience
* Phase Three: Implement smart contract protocols to ensure a gas-friendly minting process through our NFT website
* Phase Four: Deploy testing protocols to ensure we can meet/update timelines and correct any anomalies and avoid any difficulties during minting process
## *Charitable Roadmap*
**Charitable contributions to be funded in three ways: through mint proceeds (donations through mint proceeds will come out of my (Martin) share of the mint as to not use funds earmarked for the project and holders -- donation will still be made on behalf of the project though), through annual donations, and through secondary sales of a future project (a portion of the secondary sales will to go charity for this future project, the rest will go directly back into the project wallet)**
* Phase One: Initial charity to be announced -- this charity will be donated to with every mint and will be a be the subject of a continuous donation each year
* Phase Two: Hold a holders-only vote to decide which charity to donate to in addition to the charity in phase one. Donations to this charity will also come out of my (Martin) share of the proceeds as to not use money earmarked for our holders and the project. This charity will change annually and the charity will always be decided on annually by the holders
* Phase Three: Formation of company owned charitable organization. The cause that this charity supports will go through two phases:
* Phase 3.1: A select amount of causes that the charity could represent will be decided upon by a group of holders elected by the community to serve as the project board members and representatives. There will be new elections for these board seats annually and they will always be elected based on holder-only voting means
* Phase 3.2: The selections from Phase 3.1 will then be made public and all NFT holders will be able to vote for their choice. The voting will remain anonymous and public, however, only holders will be able to vote. The highest voted cause will be declared the charitable organizations cause
* Phase Four: The elected board members will then come up with a select amount of potential names for the charitable organizations which will then be released to the public for NFT holders to vote on
