# Background

Infinity And One Labs is a New York based LLC Software Development company that is honing in on the web3 and NFT environment to produce and distribute a series of connected high valued NFT projects that bring desired and unique utility to the holders. The company was created in late Q4 of 2022 and is the home to a variety of NFT projects -- most stemming from the OG project, some as standalone projects, and others as part of the InfinityVerse through acquisition. The InfinityVerse is our hub of operations: it engulfs all our projects, communities, intelligence, and much more.

## What does the name mean?

The Infinity And One Labs name was created on the thought process of exclusivity and the expression of infatiuation for something. Have you ever been in an argument and somebody says "well I like that thing more than you do times infinity plus one" or "I'm better than you at that thing times infinity plus one"? That "infinity plus one" at the end of the sentence or argument signifies something -- it signifies that extra little push of heart and desire for being better, or being the best, at something. Infinity And One Labs represents an ideal amongst the team and the community, that ideal is not necessarily to have a one-up mindset, but instead to be the best we can possibly be at what we do day in and day out. The Infinity And One name is the community unifier, the mission, the base ideology, and the exclusivity that is enjoyed by our members and holders.

## NFT Details

#### These are preliminary NFT details, timelines are not solidified so things are subject to change and if they do, they will be updated accordingly

* The anticipated NFT release date is still being determined
  * The project is not something we plan to rush into so taking our time to perfect it is key
* Utility, mint price, mint location, mint date, and all initial NFT detail will be released in our Discord upon internal agreement on the details and timelines
* Currently, our Discord is for Infinity And One Labs, as the date of the NFT project release comes closer, we will move operations to an NFT specific Discord to centralize NFT activities
  * Our company Discord will remain open for general company updates and news
